We manufacture Precision Ground Straight ,Parallel & Tapered Dowel which are either hardened & tempered or Case Hardened .

We are able to supply dowels as per following standards ISO 2338, ISO 8734, ISO 8735, DIN 7, DIN 6325 ,DIN 7979 ,BS 1804 Pt 3.

We are currently using following material for manufacturing Dowels SAE 1018, 9SMnPb82,16 MnCr5, 11 SMn60,230M07,080M40,080A42,070M55, 100Cr6,16MnCr5,20 MNCr5,SAE 52100,42 CrMo4, SS 410, SS 304 .

In addition to above mentioned Standards and Material specification we can manufacture as per Customer Specifications . We manufacture dowels within Close tolerance (O.D control in 5 microns and roundness and Cylindricity upto 3 microns)as per the customer specification or as per the tolerance given below.
